COVID Testing/Vaccination
Students
Students are not required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. If your child is vaccinated, please provide documentation to your school nurse for contact tracing purposes.
Parents/Guardians
Parents and Guardians who plan to volunteer at the schools are reminded to submit relevant COVID-19 documents. To securely upload your proof of vaccination or recent negative test result (dated within one week of volunteer date), visit
https://parents.franklinlakes.franklinlakes.nj.us to log in to your Genesis Parent Portal Account and complete the Volunteer Parent Documentation Form. If volunteering in multiple schools, please complete the form for each of your children.
Testing
On-site weekly testing is offered at no cost for employees, volunteers, students and families on Tuesdays at Franklin Avenue Middle School from 3:00* p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please bring valid ID and insurance card. To register, go to
https://form.jotform.com/2135485025677055. In addition, Medi-Mobile offers free testing for COVID-19 at their office locations in Ramsey, Cedar Grove, Nutley and Jersey City. See the

*From 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., line preference is given for mandated FLSD staff who must test weekly.
