NOTICE OF VACANCY ON THE FRANKLIN LAKES BOARD OF EDUCATION

The Franklin Lakes Board of Education has announced that a Board seat is available. The Board plans to fill this vacancy by appointment, which will run through the next reorganization of the Board in January, 2020.

If you are a registered voter in the Franklin Lakes School District seeking to serve in this position, please submit your letter of interest and list of qualifications or resume to [email protected] by 12:00 noon on Friday, May 24, 2019.

The legal requirements to become a member of a local board of education in New Jersey are set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:12-1 and Franklin Lakes Board of Education Bylaw 9113.

Applicants will be interviewed by the Board of Education during the evening of Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in accordance with the procedures contained in Franklin Lakes Board of Education Bylaw 9113.
